Project Details
The major challenge for Pizza é Birra and Sushi Groove project is to create a reimagined new look of both brands without losing the main identity. The two restaurants are known for their strong characteristics and do not seem to have any relation. Besides, this project is a renovation project from existing venues that the old structure is reused.
High Street Studio chooses the outdoor theme to connect both brands. The outdoor theme is chosen since previously the two restaurants shared outdoor area. Accentuating the effort to combine both Pizza é Birra and Sushi Groove, a house within a house structure that function as seating and a semi separation for both areas is employed. This multifunction space also operates as a place for visitors from both restaurants to mingle. With this design, visitors from both Pizza é Birra and Sushi Groove are free to order the dishes from the two. Besides, it will help the effectiveness of both restaurants circulation flow.
