Pho Street is a Vietnamese street food franchise based in Pennsylvania, USA. This restaurant serves a variety of authentic Vietnamese foods and delicacies with delicious taste. In Indonesia, the branches are already widely spread. For their fourth branch in Jakarta, Pho Street serves in Lippo Mall Puri, West Jakarta.
The main concept of Pho Street is casual dining. They aim to bring nuances of enjoying Vietnamese street food on the main streets in Saigon, Vietnam. To create such a concept, Highstreet picked light tone color with a combination of natural ambiance that comes from the wood material. The hypergraphic is also used to expose the lively streets in Saigo, which is filled with food merchants and tourists.
In addition of using colors and graphics, to bring a more realistic atmosphere of Saigon streets, Highstreet also uses rattan material as decoration. The rattan decorations can be enjoyed from the lamp decorations which are reminiscent of the traditional Vietnamese hat, nón lá. To support the beauty of the lamp decorations, the restaurant ceiling is designed with wooden strings in a diagonal formation.
