Rebranding of Cobek Ayam Penyet interior look and feel. This is the 4th Cobek Ayam Penyet outlet, which is located in Deli Park Mall. The client wants a totally new modern image for the outlet while keeping the Indonesian feel. The outlet is quite spacious and have a high ceiling, so we decided to break the interior space into several areas while keeping the same DNA throughout the venue. Making sure the customer and operational sequence works well while keeping the customer experience sequence. Some structural items suchs as mall’s service elevator shaft and MEP shaft are given in the space, we use this limitation as our advantage to make a more interesting customer journey. Using 2 alleyways as ‘bridging’ experience areas and dividing the area into several more intimate spots.
